CHRISTIAN FONNESBECH

CEO & HEAD OF IP

Before co-founding Leverage, Christian was Head of IP Development at Nordisk Games, part of the conglomerate Egmont with 6,600 employees. In his earlier career, he financed, produced and directed 35+ games for entertainment, learning, and advertising - and developed a new entertainment category and brought it to market. A sought after speaker, Christian has always worked at the intersection between gaming, entertainment, advertising, and film.


MICHELLE MCGUIRE

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

With extensive experience as a digital marketer, project manager, and business analyst, Michelle possesses a comprehensive understanding of social media, content marketing, and customer engagement. Having held senior positions in London, New York, and Dublin, she has collaborated with senior management in successfully implementing complex technical projects.


DAVID O’CONNOR

HEAD OF BRAND

With a background in advertising and brand strategy in London as a creative director, David transitioned to management and a Managing Partner role at the Brand Union (Dublin) - at the time one of the largest branding agencies globally. David brings comprehensive strategic brand experience with global clients and is passionate about merging the practices of brand and IP & to build sustainable entertainment brands.


GER WHELAN

HEAD OF VISUAL

Award-winning creative director with 20-plus years of international experience leading creative teams on projects ranging from brand identity design to advertising campaigns. Gerard has had his work recognised in over 20 international publications and has given talks on creativity and brand identity nationally and internationally. He has worked on projects of international importance including two projects for a Scandinavian royalty.
